Enable custom rules by providing rulesdir argument

Dear vscode-htmlhint team,

we would like to write our custom HTML rules. htmlhint provides the rulesdir argument to add custom rules (See https://htmlhint.com/docs/user-guide/usage/cli). I looked in the documentation, but could not find any hint how to pass this argument from the vscode extension. Or did I miss it?
