Hi teams !

I’ve been using Horilla for a few months now. In order to have a fully functional setup, I would need to have a specific feature developed for our company, particularly regarding absence requests.

When an employee submits an absence request, certain days must be calculated with a different ratio. For example, a leave request on a specific date (these dates change every year, so a table needs to be created to store them) should deduct hours from the bank at a 1.75 ratio instead of 1.

Other days should be deducted at a 0.5 ratio.

And some other needs.

Does your team accept special mandates for custom development, with compensation? We are willing to pay for the development of this feature, but we would like it to be included in the common branch, so that updates are easier to manage and we don’t have to re-integrate this addition with every new release.
