Leave Management - Settings to use Hours instead of Days

I believe the leave management would be more widely used if the leaves can be broken down by hours instead of days. This would be a good use case for U.S Companies as most leave types accrued and taken are based on hours not by days.

Thanks for the suggestion! That's a great point—supporting hourly-based leave would definitely make the system more flexible, especially for U.S.-based companies. We’ll review this internally and consider it for a future update.
