Add FAN speed adjustment for Tado AC #175

Current Situation
Could you please add fan speed functionality for Tado AC devices? With UI its currently possible only to select
- Target Heater Cooler State: Heat / Cool
- Heating threshold temperature: number
- Active: true / false
Proposed Change
With Tado.com UI its also possible to select also fan speed setting. In my devices case its three possible settings
- fan speed: low / medium / high
Additional Context
This would be very useful especially in f.ex. if AC device is located in bedroom or living room and noise created by AC could be decreased with this setting
