Describe the issue you are experiencing
Upon upgrading to 16.2rc1 HA seems to lose the ability to connect to external servers. First time it even borked the connection to Nabu Casa, second time Nabu Casa is connected. Rolling back to 16.1 fixes the issue. I've cycled through this twice, rolling back for now.
