Switchbot Cloud Contact Open/Close state not working

The problem

I see that the Contact Sensor has been added to the Switchbot Cloud integration since 2025.10, but the open/close state doesn't seem to be working (yet). I have three contact sensors and they all stay closed.

I also have the Bluetooth Switchbot integration running and that one returns the open/close state for the sensors.

@bramb85 Thanks for the report. Did you set up a webhook ? If not the sensors are updated only once every 10 minutes.
