Offset is not correctly read on version 3 schematics

In my v3 schematic, "Offset" is an int array of 3 elements containing the X Y and Z, but schem always reads expects it to be in "Metadata/WEOffset(XYZ)", which I guess is where it's stored for version 1 schematics.
