New stSTXbtc token metadata not showing

Describe the bug
We deployed a new stSTXbtc token last week:
SP4SZE494VC2YC5JYG7AYFQ44F5Q4PYV7DVMDPBG.ststxbtc-token-v2
However, the metadata and symbol are not showing properly in the explorer and leather wallet.

To Reproduce
The following wallet has new stSTXbtc tokens. The symbol shows as "STS":

The new token can not be viewed in the explorer:
https://explorer.hiro.so/token/SP4SZE494VC2YC5JYG7AYFQ44F5Q4PYV7DVMDPBG.ststxbtc-token-v2?chain=mainnet

Expected behavior
I expected to see the symbol and metadata as set on the contract, and the explorer to show the token. We have set up ststxbtc-token-v2 in the same way as ststxbtc-token as we want to replace the token.
