python-evdev is broken with uinput currently (gvalkov/python-evdev#238), so use a workaround for 1.9.0. Then, add basic support for the Zotac Zone (front buttons only), and the ID of the Claw 7 AI+ so that its controller works too.

v3.12.0: Chinese Translations, Gyro Fixes

This release updates the chinese translations and adds a gyro fix. Seems like Steam Input broke the Hori controller gyro in Gyro to X, so the gyro sync option is added for it again. We also add another Kun DMI variant and fix a typo in one of the Go S variants.
