v3.18.1: External Controller support, AOKZOE A1X, Claw A8

This release adds an SDL controller mapping parser to hhd for parsing external shortcuts. With a kernel patch for better controller grabbing and for exposing SD events, this allows navigating hhd with external controllers with correct mappings for over 600 controllers, including with the Steam Deck. In addition, touchscreen shortcuts are now only shown when the device has a touchscreen and a variety of other small changes make it easier to use hhd on non-handheld devices.

In addition, this release adds controller support for the AOKZOE A1X (RGB), and the Claw A8.

The Chinese translation was updated, and Italian is now added as well.

Switch to the hid device for the go s touchpad, this way we avoid spurious release events. Then, tweak SD emulation output for it to work decently. Update setting text to refer to those features as Beta instead of Alpha.
