Add Analogue Time Picker Component

Hi Hero UI team,

Really appreciate the library , it’s been solid in production so far.

I’ve had a few clients request a clock-style analogue time picker like the ones they were used to in other UI systems (e.g., Material Design). It’s especially useful for scheduling time-based actions in a local timezone , they find it more visual and intuitive than a numeric input.

Currently, I’ve had to use an external library for this, which breaks the visual coherence with Hero UI.

Would love to know if this is on the roadmap, happy to share ideas or contribute if it helps.
