BUG: "Sign Up" Button Redirects to Sign-In Page

What happened?

When a user clicks on the "this webiste and url " , they are prompted to log in or sign in. However, if a new user selects the "Sign Up" option, instead of being directed to the sign-up page, they are incorrectly redirected to the sign-in page.
