Updates on ITRB for NodeNorm

• clean_dbs.sh in Jenkins gets the list of databases from an AWS secret, but this only contains the list of the first six databases -- db6 is missing and should be added if we want to use this file at all.
• We should take manual backups of CI, Test and Prod once they've been deployed so we can restore from them quickly.
