Replace Bitnami chart with Redis chart for NodeNorm #1046
Description
NodeNorm uses the Bitnami Redis Helm charts, but given that restrictions around the Bitnami Redis images, it might be a good idea to shift over to using either the standard Redis Docker image (https://hub.docker.com/_/redis) or the hardened Redis Docker image (https://hub.docker.com/hardened-images/catalog/dhi/redis). It would reduce some of the maintenance complexity for NodeNorm Redis.
