Display README.org files

Here is an example README.org for a package on hackage. Notably there's no README.

It could even be displayed as a raw text file as a temporary solution.

I don't know of any packages to render .org as html? That said, the raw text seems ok for lack of anything else...

Alternately, it appears that the above package has moved to an md file for compatibility, and I wouldn't be surprised if most packages haven't followed suit., so I'm tempted to say "let's just not do this"...?
