 Ease the way users can post to the site (Decap)

New users to the site have difficulties in being able to post articles to the site. We would like to ease the onboarding process for them as much as possible.

This particular issue is dependent on earlier issues indicated in the same milestone, as we will complete underlying improvements as well.
