Factoring in mobile app users in activity calculation.

Mobile users are not calculated when considering if a user is active. I'm not sure what method would be most effective to solve this, but an option could be to check when that user sent their last request as part of that OAuth app.  I'd like to discuss a proper way to implement this before getting started
