Tooltip setContainer() not working.

Hi guys,

Calling tooltip.setContainer("body") do not seem to do anything,
and using tooltips within toolbars is still broken.

I've checked that I'm using bootstrap 2.3.2 js with boostrap 2.3.2 css
(using lessc to build the css for BootstrapResource)

I'll take a brief look and it looks ok. Didn't get time to debug it yet.
