I'm not exactly sure how naming would work (I mean, it probably still wants to be called rollup-plugin-html), but however we go, we should get this turned into a real package, so that others can use it as well as us.
Or, alternatively, if the folks at Rollup want to take this and add it to their list of plugins? I'm fine with that.
