thanks @jkunisak looks like this is failing checks with: "ERROR: unable to collate and parse R files for package ‘GenVisR’" can you attempt a fix? this is probably a documentation issue, roxygen2 should be auto-generating the collate field in the description but if a class needs to be loaded before another class you'll need to tell roxygen to do that, see the maf_virtual and maf classes |

Write input parameter checks for each of the new functions (lohSpec and combinedCnLOH).
…or multiple samples and chromosomes to be plotted at once. Also put in constructor to check input parameters for lohSpec and combined cn/loh function.
