Error Message about Talking to API KEY?

I have been getting this error message the past few days in CLI, even when I have not used any Gemini services or tokens or API at all in the prior days. Not sure what is causing this? I even tried my other google account, with a fresh API key from it. Updated the API key in the ENV file and did the /auth command. Still getting this message?

I press Control+o for details, and that screenshot is below

Any ideas?

Do you have a .env file in the directory where you ran Gemini CLI?
If yes, then you might the same problem as me: #10882

Im not sure. So the Gemini folder is located at: "C:\Users\Admin.gemini" and the .env folder is located at: "C:\Users\Admin.gemini.env"

Is this proper location and method? Sorry Im a noobie at this.
Also, when I run gemini, I just hit the Windows key and type CMD, then enter. IS that not the proper way to launch it?
