When creating an endpoint for replication/proxy-cache, there's only an option for skipping the certificate verification. The user will need to skip cert verification if the remote registry endpoint is hosting via a self-signed certificate.

We should enhance this by allowing the user to set a Custom CA bundle associated with the registry endpoint. So that the replication will work without skipping cert verification
