Error when creating account with registration on staging

Steps to reproduce

1. Account list
2. • Add Account
3. enter account name + desc
4. select staging chain
5. click create new account
6. copy address, send ugnot to it and check address has funds on r/gnoland/coins
7. click Continue to Account Key Creation
8. error registering account ErrInsufficientFunds

Current behavior

It shows an error, but the account appears as successfully created - even though the name isn’t actually registered on-chain.

Expected behavior

I’m not sure what the correct behavior should be here - either retrying the name registration or not showing the account as name-registered would be fine, I think.

@vikbez , to register on Staging, you need to add at least 20 GNOT on the faucet. (Add 10 GNOT two times.) Separately, you mention that the error behavior is confusing. We'll look into that.

I retried with 30 GNOT and get ErrUnauthorized(#202)

Don't know if it should work on test8 but on it I have (with 30 GNOT):

test8 is set up to prohibit fund transfers. The beta testnet will be the same. Only the faucet works.

Hi @vikbez . PR gnolang/gno#4745 was merged which has breaking changes to the packet format for making a transaction. Staging was automatically updated to use the new packet format. We just updated gnokey-mobile to use the new packet format. Please pull the latest gnokey-mobile code and try again. (Sorry for all the confusion. This happens with breaking changes.)
