FFplay trouble

I just installed the ffmpeg ,but there is still a problem that:

What should I do next ,i also add the system environment

Open vscode with administrator privileges

i did it but still doesnt work. i have everything installed, all my api's are correct inputed. i run it, it starts listening all of a sudden i talk then after the reply i get this.

Did you add the ffmpeg environment variable？
