Has troubles visualizing large repos or repos with many directories

With large repos not only does the graph hang and slow down, but the visualization itself only shows folders as the files are too small to render. It's largely a bunch of grey circles.

If there was a way to whitelist paths vs blacklisting that may make is somewhat better?
