Incorrect saving of hover elements

Describe the bug

When hovering over media in https://photon-reddit.com/r/sideloaded/comments/1l96v7s/comment/mxcby4l, a strip appears containing controls, such as the cog and full screen icons. The saved copy, however, enlarges them (a lot) and places them below the media.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://photon-reddit.com/r/sideloaded/comments/1l96v7s/comment/mxcby4l/
2. Save the page

Expected behavior

Controls appear on hover or at least aren't always there and ginormous.

Actually could this be a dupe of #1779? The literal most recent open issue 😅
