The code is indeed exactly as I compile it for my own distribution, so it has the licensing code in it. Since you have the source and, assuming you know C++, you can take out the licensing code relatively easy. |

I really hate to ask this question, but I can't seem to understand what the new donationware / binary licenses means in the end.
The changelog says:
I just compiled mrv2 1.4.2 (the OpenGL version) and it's now asking me for a license file or it'll switch to Demo Mode:

Does that mean it's also donationware when you compile your own binaries?
