Any chance to get a WP plugin, or at least a guide?

So the question says it all I think.
It would be great to get this as a WP plugin to place as a widget on post pages.
If no plans for that, can anyone tell me what to keep in mind to add this to WP myself? Possibly as a plugin, and the TOC as a widget.

This is my question exactly, too. I'm really in need of a TOC like this in WP, but it's quite complicated for me to figure out exactly what code I need to place where.

Would really appreciate a WP plugin, or some help with how to add this to WP myself, as well.
