Explore deep sleep limitations on Metro ESP32-S3 #4

The green LED will consume about 370uA, so that definitely needs to be powered down.
There are two 100k resistors in the voltage regular circuit that will be draining about 80 uA. This seems excessive.
The voltage regulator itself has a quiescent current of nominally 55 uA. That puts a hard limit on the power efficiency.

A reasonable target during deep sleep might be 100 uA total, which would give 25k hours of battery life. So, we allocate about 40% of the battery life to deep sleep for roughly 1 year.
Without mods to the Metro card, we can expect the 100k resistors and the green LED to consume about 400 uA, which would reduce the battery life to something like 3 months.
