Improve speed for barcode scanning

After releasing v2025.3, we've heard from users that when scanning many barcodes, the extra delay from the green state animation (currently 2s) makes the process feel slow. Over repeated scans, this could really impact efficiency.

However, the green state does provide value (and we need more feedback) but we assume it helps users confirm the right barcode was scanned, especially when multiple barcodes are in view.

We’d like to explore a lean solution that balances both needs: speed for high-volume scanning and clarity for multi-barcode situations.

First slice

• Remove the green state and go straight to showing the scanned barcode in the form (back to what we had before)

Other considerations

• Reduce the duration of the green state (keep clarity, improve speed)
• Show the green state only when multiple barcodes are detected
• Skip the green state and instead display the scanned barcode image in the form for confirmation (⭐ ideal UX ⭐ )
