Extract Sqlite -> VSS migration code to separate function #58
Description
Right now it's deeply embedded in the build_with_vss_store code, however difficult to implement without adding some duplication or other refactoring (which would diverge further from upstream). Maybe this can also be solved by waiting for LDK to do an official implementation of migrating KV stores.
