Is the use of "whitelist" and "blacklist" inclusive language

I am no expert on this matter, but is terms like "whitelist" and "blacklist" considered to be racially insensitive? These terms are used throughout this project.

By definition, excluding those words, is exclusive, which is the opposite of inclusive.
