The repo was renamed, but the README wasn't updated to reflect the new name. This commit fixes those changes. Additional, minor changes: - One of the code blocks was missing the `bash` language directive - Trailing whitespace was removed from several lines - Markdown tables were reformatted to be more readable in plaintext - Blank lines were added after headings and before code blocks [0] [0] https://google.github.io/styleguide/docguide/style.html#add-spacing-to-headings

I want to personally thank you for providing mochi — it's incredibly cool, and it's been a lot of fun playing with it.
I also realize that some of the changes I made (e.g. blank lines before code blocks) might be overreaching, in which case I apologize, and will be happy to make any changes you suggest to this pull request.
