There is now also a nuget that saves you this manual work: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Arch-Events/

It looks like the package is the main Arch dll built with EVENTS preprocessor flag. However, I guess that it would be necessary to ignore the actual Arch nuget with something like this in .csproj to guarantee the correct dll being used (but it would be nice if the author could confirm it).
