Bug report: Incorrect check for browser support in incognito mode #2106

Describe the bug
I get the error message that my browser is not support in incognito mode even though it is supported.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour or a link to the recipe / input used to cause the bug:
- Go to cyberchef page.
Expected behaviour
Access to functions instead of locked screen.

The following browser versions are supported:
Google Chrome 50+
Mozilla Firefox 38+
