Description
It would be nice to have a query parameter service that filters only items for which this service is available.
/?id=x:a&format=json&service=openaccess
The only other way to achieve this is to specify a custom patron-type, like:
/?id=x:a&format=json&patron-type=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.org%2Ftype%2Fwants_interloan
