neo4j and ubuntu xce IT start errors

Describe the bug
When the IT Ubuntu XFCE Desktop starts, an error shows: Unable to find Image

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug
https://test.galaxyproject.org

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Interactive tools
2. Click on Ubuntu XFCE Desktop
3. Run tool
4. See error

Expected behavior
Ubuntu environment
