I will not put it because only a part of the tutorial is interesting, and we can not link to a specific section. And if we could link to it, people would need to get the data, and then need to go through the full workflow.

This first version is ready imo !
This PR adds a learning pathway for MAGs building and annotation.
Some modules are currently commented out because the corresponding tutorials are under development. But @paulzierep and I need this learning pathway for a deliverable due next week.
