0.2.21(latest on ansible-galaxy) is broken for localproxy

Hi,

I want to use the localproxy part of this role but have encountered a few issues, all the issues that cause errors were already solved by @kysrpex.

Would be nice to have an up to date version on ansible-galaxy.

Ideally, I would also like #65 to be merged beforehand to have a fully working localproxy installation script.
