Disable Clickhouse

Since clickhouse uses a lot of ram by default I wanted to disable it. (my vps only has 4GB)
The stack was created with it activated. Is there a way to completely disable it while retaining the rest of the config?
Removing the container from the compose file/host breaks the webui when clicking waf (unable to load page).
