This adds Galician support to the segmenter.
abbr.tsv: added common abbreviations from different sources:alphabet.txt: removed duplicateduand addedü.validate.tsv: removed some chars not present in Galician language (j,k, ...), and normalized diacritics from Spanish and French that are frequent in Galician texts.With this segmenter, I trained the a model on CV12, using Opus, Wikipedia and SLI GalWeb 1.0 corpora for the LM here: coqui-ai/STT-models#28
