Generic Red LEDs PCB silk are the wrong way

Current Behaviour

The square solder pad and silkscreen don't match for the through-hole "Generic Red Led" (both 5mm and 3mm). The flat in the circle should be on the ground side.

The flat side marks the cathode.

The issue is the square copper field on the anode. This is in Fritzing since ever, so changing it needs some careful migration to preserve existing sketches.

When editing exisiting sketches, we should also have some measure to avoid mixups when anode-squared and cathode-squared LEDs might be used together in the same sketch.

Technically a duplicate of fritzing/fritzing-parts#268 , but lets keep track in the fritzing-app repo too. We might need some special code to migrate of show hints about the fix.
