gutterBreakpoints option

Hello there!

We can recalc the column number based on the breakpoints.
But we can't recalc the gutter. It stays as we initialized.

E.g.
If we use 1.5 gutter on desktop, it's okay, but on mobile it won't be good.

Would be nice to have this option.

I found another weird behavior:

If I use 2 columns, the gap is not applied only between rows and columns, it's applied on the right side of the second column as well.
