Create a privacy policy #48
Description
We should create a privacy policy that states what user data (if any) is stored and what is it used for, if for anything.
Ideally, our privacy policy should boil down to something like "No user-data is stored on Fortran Playground servers".
I don't think this is exactly true yet because we're not yet cleaning up artifacts, so the submitted code and input data may be living for a short time on the container until the next request.
