Add some help text for plain "python -m venvlink"

Currently (venvlink v.0.5.0), running 

```
python -m venvlink
```

Will output

```
The positional argument "projectname" is required for creating a virtual environment!
```

It would be handy to have some help text (or instructions on how to see the help text) printed.
