Add another hybrid strategy for samples where this might be the best option.

This strategy is to perform a short reads assembly and then scaffold with long reads.

A tool that can be used for this is LongStitch.

In specific branch, this workflow has already started with pipeline already accepting it and generating short reads assemblies.

Now, scaffolding needs to be added, then connect it to QC and update all documentation.
