VISOR: emit GraphQL block artifact bundle with replay and visual scene facts

Create the smallest Bijou fixture path that can be consumed by VISOR and WARP TTD.

Acceptance Criteria

• A GraphQL fixture lowers into a deterministic bijou-block/1 document.
• The block facts lower into a deterministic ui-scene-ir/1 document.
• The artifact bundle carries source, normalized facts, replay metadata, and fixture identity.
• The fixture is small enough to inspect in browser and terminal render targets.

Non-Goals

• Do not solve the full Bijou v8 schema.
• Do not make VISOR an implementation dependency of Bijou runtime packages.
