TRACKER: VISOR warpspace for v8 Runtime Graph And Scene IR

Bijou owns the source-side contracts for the VISOR proof: GraphQL-authored block facts, scene IR, terminal Surface adaptation, and DOGFOOD witness material.

Why

Bijou v8 needs a concrete path from GraphQL Blocks to IR to render targets. VISOR gives that path a cross-repo coordination surface without making Bijou own WARP TTD, Geordi, Bunny, or Wesley implementation details.

Scope

• Define minimal bijou-block/1 fixture facts.
• Define minimal ui-scene-ir/1 facts.
• Define the VISOR artifact bundle handoff shape.
• Validate terminal packed-cell receipt compatibility.
• Keep DOGFOOD as the documentation witness, not the entire proof.
