GitRepository.source.toolkit.fluxcd.io "flux-system" disappears from the cluster

Hi,

I'm using https://github.com/fluxcd/flux2-kustomize-helm-example and sometimes GitRepository.source.toolkit.fluxcd.io "flux-system" disappears in the cluster

When I execute

 flux get all -n flux-system

No resources found

In my repo I still see GitRepository source, but pushing it doesn't help

To me It seems like this behavior is completely random.
But now I've seen, that all of my repo files were in "Initial commit". Unfortunately I pushed everything and It's not visible anymore

Everything can be fixed temporarily by doing flux uninstall and flux bootstrap,
But It happened twice today

Reconcilation don't help and exceeds deadline

flux reconcile ks flux-system

This behavior is visible right now

For some reason repository is in it's initial state, with Flux adding initial component manifests in my Repository

And flux-system source disappeared from the cluster

• This didn't occur on boot time

I also see that /clusters/production/flux-system/gotk-sync.yaml is empty
Whereas /clusters/staging/flux-system/gotk-sync.yaml is not

I know that initially at the beginning I tried bootstraping the cluster for /clusters/staging, with gitea but then decided to bootstrap it with production with github

Okay I just realized that I had gitea instance running with push to the GitHub Mirror Repository
I think It'll be okay now after I remove the push to the GitHub mirror task xD

I'm so sorry for creating this thread
