How to introduce human review on HelmRelease upgrade?

I'm currently using both ImageAutomation and HelmRelease, and I want to unify how things works.

Using ImageAutomation, things happens as:
webhook -> reconcile ImageRepository -> Triggers ImageUpdateAutomation -> commit to some branch like automation/** -> create a pull request -> human user review and merge it into main -> every things updates. No updates will be done unless a human merges the pr.

But when using HelmRelease, if I set version to a range, then it updates silently (though theres alerts, they happen AFTER upgraded) without any human reviews, also it does not leave any records in git commit when version updates.
Or I could pin the release version, but how do I detect new versions and commit and submit a pr? Is there some thing for helmrelease corrosponding to ImagePolicy and ImageUpdateAutomation? like ChartPolicy and HelmReleaseUpdateAutomation ?
